Here, we celebrate the art of colours, fun, iconic style, and uniqueness, offering a curated selection of fine prints to art enthusiasts and collectors alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Shipping Information
Worldwide Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide, bringing unique pop art prints to every corner of the globe.
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 1-2 weeks after purchase. Our prints are made to order to maintain sustainability and minimize waste.
Carriers: We use UPS, DPD and DHL. for our shipping needs, ensuring reliable and swift delivery.
Shipping Costs and Times:
Netherlands: Delivered within 1-2 working days via DPD. Shipping costs start at €2,50
Europe: Delivery takes 2-7 working days. Shipping costs start at €9,00 (UPS, DPD, DHL)
Rest of the World: Delivered within 6 business days via UPS. Shipping costs start at €10,00.
Tracking: Parcels can be tracked, providing expected delivery dates.
Returns and Exchanges
Policy: Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Please initiate your return within this period by contacting us at studio@popartbytadej.com.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding any customs fees. Please note that shipping costs are only refundable if the item is faulty.
Ordering
Modifications: Orders can be cancelled unless shipped. Unfortunately, changes to an order cannot be accommodated once placed. Contact us immediately at studio@popartbytadej.com for cancellations or to update your shipping address (if it has not yet shipped).
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Taxes and Duties: Prices include VAT. Orders outside the EU may incur additional taxes and customs duties, which the customer must pay upon delivery.
General FAQs
Changes to Orders: If your order has yet to be shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us directly. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. No changes can be made to orders once placed.
Shipping Address Changes: If your order still needs to be shipped, contact us immediately to update your shipping address. Changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
Duties and Taxes: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees. These are not included in the order total and must be paid upon delivery.
